Delivery and Returns
At Madame Boujee, we prioritise seamless delivery and returns to enhance your shopping experience. Orders are dispatched promptly, with standard delivery typically arriving within 3-5 business days across Australia. Should you wish to return an item, our straightforward returns policy allows for returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods remain in their original condition and packaging. Our dedicated customer service team is readily available to assist with any enquiries, ensuring your satisfaction is maintained at every step. Madame Boujee is not responsible for any issues or delays caused by our carrier.
International Shipping:
Currently, Madame Boujee does not offer international shipping. However, please stay tuned and watch this space for updates, as we may expand our shipping options in the future.
Shipping Prices:
Standard shipping costs $12.95, or it is free for orders over $99 (use code FREESHIPPING), while express shipping is available for a flat rate of $15.95.
Dispatch Time:
All items are made to order. Once your order is received, there is a 48-hour production time before the products are packaged and shipped. Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday (AEST/AEDT), with most shipping within 2 business days, once production is complete. During busy periods, dispatch may take up to 5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
Order Delivery:
All deliveries are made without a signature and may be left in a safe place; customers should ensure their address is secure, as Madame Boujee is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after delivery. If your order is returned because the delivery was unsuccessful, we will contact you to discuss options for redelivery or a refund, excluding the shipping fee.
Lost or Stolen Parcels:
If your order shows as delivered but is missing, please check around your property and surroundings. If still not found, contact us at madameboujeeau@gmail.com. Madame Boujee is not responsible for lost parcels left in a safe place.
Incorrect address or information:
If your order has not been shipped yet, we're here to assist you. Please email us asap at madameboujeeau@gmail.com.
Change of Minds:
You can exchange jar candles and wax melts as long as they haven't been used, but please note that candle bouquets cannot be returned or exchanged due to their personalized nature. For eligible products, the returns will be for products of the same value.
For any returns, please contact us within 14 days of dispatch date. You will be responsible for the shipping cost and the original delivery fees are non-refundable.
For incorrect items, please contact us so we can issue a refund or send you the correct one.
For damaged or defective items, Madame Boujee will provide a replacement or refund after our assessment. We do not offer a refund or replacement if the damaged is solely related to the packaging.

Processing of Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and may take some time to appear in your account.
Lost in Transit:
Please keep proof of postage and tracking, as we are not liable for lost returns without tracking.
