• Never leave a burning candle unattended

  • Burn within sight: Keep a close eye on the burning candle.

  • Keep out of reach of children and pets: Ensure the candle is securely placed where they cannot easily access it.

  • Place on a stable, heat-resistant surface: Avoid placing the candle on surfaces that can be damaged or catch fire.

  • Remove all packaging before lighting.

  • Keep away from flammable materials: Ensure there are no curtains, papers, or other easily ignited items nearby.

  • Do not burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time: This helps prevent overheating and potential hazards.

  • Stop burning when a 1/4 inch of wax remains: This helps prevent the glass from overheating and cracking.

  • Don't move a candle while the wax is liquid: This can cause spills and create a hazard.

  • Trim the wick: Before each use, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch. This helps prevent excessive smoke and soot, ensuring a cleaner and more even burn.

  • Let the wax pool: For the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the entire surface of the container. This prevents "tunneling" (where the wax only burns in the center).

  • Avoid drafts: Keep the candle away from drafts and air vents, as these can cause uneven burning and flickering flames.

  • Consider using a wick trimmer: A wick trimmer can make it easier to trim the wick to the proper length.

  • Extinguish candles properly: You can use a candle snuffer or blow out the flame gently.

Wax Melts

  • Position your wax melts in a wax warmer that is specifically intended for melting wax. Before use, carefully read and adhere to all instructions included with your warmer.

  • Carefully place your wax melt into the dish or tray of the wax warmer, making sure it doesn't overflow, and avoid adding water to the wax.

  • It's advised not to leave the wax warmer on for prolonged periods; limit its use to a maximum of 3-4 hours at a time.

  • You can reuse your wax melt until the fragrance has faded. When the scent diminishes, simply remove the wax residue and add a new wax melt.

  • Ensure the wax warmer cools down before touching it or adding more wax melts.

  • To remove the wax, place your wax burner in the freezer for 10-20 minutes - only do so once your burner has been turned off, cooled down and hardened. Let it rest for 5 minutes and gently pop out the wax. Once done, wipe away any excess with a towel paper.

  • Do not leave a wax warmer running unattended; ensure it is turned off or extinguished before leaving the area.

  • Ensure that wax melts and wax warmers are stored out of reach of children and pets.

  • Position the wax warmer on a heat-resistant surface before activating it, and ensure it is kept away from flammable materials to avoid accidents.

  • Store your wax melts in a cool, dry area, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to maintain their quality, color, and fragrance.

  • Instead of blowing out the flame, use a candle snuffer to turn off the wax warmer to avoid splattering hot wax.

  • Ensure the wax warmer is placed on a stable surface and kept away from any water sources.

  • To ensure the best experience, make sure the wax melt fits properly in your wax warmer to prevent overflow and spillage. If the wax melt is too large, gently break it into smaller pieces to achieve the right fit and avoid any mess.

  • Wax melts are not for consumption.
