Use of the Website is at your own risk; we accept no liability for system damage or interference.

8. Gift Cards
Gift Cards are valid for 2 years from purchase. They are sent via email and cannot be replaced if lost or used by unauthorized persons due to incorrect details. Recipients are responsible for checking spam filters.

9. Delivery
We deliver within Australia (excluding external territories) Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm AEST/AEDT. Delivery times are estimates only; we are not liable for delays. Delivery requires signature, and you are responsible for providing accurate details. Shipping charges apply unless specified otherwise.

10. Returns and Refunds
Products can be returned within 14 days of dispatch if unopened, sealed, or faulty. Change of mind returns are possible for exchanges of equal value. You must cover return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect. Proof of postage is required. Refunds are processed after assessment.

11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, damages, or losses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Website, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Limitation of Liability
